Growing basketball
beyond the court

The future of the game begins in our communities. Our programmes create opportunities for players, coaches and officials while widening access to basketball across the province.

Confidence to play,
compete and lead

She Drills is our flagship initiative promoting girls' participation in basketball through coaching, mentorship, leadership and competitive opportunity.

Together, we're creating an environment where every girl has the confidence to play, compete and lead, on the court and everywhere beyond it.

Coaches

Learn. Lead. Inspire.

We provide coach education pathways designed to equip coaches with the skills to develop players at every level. Whether you're coaching your first school team or working with elite athletes, our programmes offer practical knowledge, certification and ongoing professional development.

Officials

Officiating excellence

Great basketball depends on great officials. Our referee and table official education programmes develop confident, knowledgeable and professional officials capable of managing games at every level of provincial competition.

Building the next generation

Schools are the foundation of basketball development. Through partnerships with schools across Matabeleland North, we introduce young people to the game and create clear pathways into clubs and provincial competition.
